Orders are processed Monday–Friday

Orders placed before our daily order cutoff time will be processed and shipped the same business day for Next-Day Shipping.

 

Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.

Next-Day Shipping is available Monday–Friday only.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

 

Shipping Times

• Next-Day Shipping: Delivery is expected the next business day after your order has been shipped.

• Orders must be placed before the daily cutoff time to qualify for next-day processing.

Please note that delivery times are ultimately determined by the shipping carrier. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of CSF’s control may affect delivery.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. CSF is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

CSF is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered but are subsequently lost or stolen. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking information.
